Discover a New Taste of Tradition at Morgan's Restaurant

Since 1891, the Interlaken Inn has been a warm gathering place for the Lakeville-Salisbury community. This season, we’re excited to bring a new comfort-food classic to our menu: authentic Northern Chinese dumplings, crafted from a recipe passed down through generations.

Inspired by a Hotchkiss student from Hong Kong who wanted to share the flavors of home, our chefs were personally trained to prepare these dumplings with cultural care. A beloved staple in Chinese and Asian families, these dumplings are a perfect blend of tradition, comfort, and celebration.

Beginning now, enjoy two signature selections pork and beef with more varieties on the way.

Whether you’re dining in or taking out, come savor an authentic taste of Chinese and Asian culinary heritage here at Morgan's Restaurant at the Interlaken Inn.

Online Orders are available to be placed Wednesdays, Fridays, And Saturdays from 6:00 am to 12:00 PM.

The dumplings will be available for pickup between 5:30 and 6:00 pm

Open Wednesday through Saturday evenings, join us in Morgan's for a small bite, a bigger bite, and perhaps something sweet (like Richard's Carrot Cake) to round out your meal!  Our current menu is listed below. 

Thursdays:  Trivia night with Bruce Paddock AND it's Burgers and Brews night! Nightly burger and beer specials available along with the regular menu.

Grab & Go:  We're excited to offer you a self-serve snack area provided by our incredible neighbor, On the Run Coffee Shop, conveniently located downstairs in the main building.  Available 24 hours per day, enjoy beverages, protein bars, candy, hummus and pita chips, just to name a few yummy snacks.  From 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM each morning, choose from a variety of freshly made breakfast sandwiches.
