Since 1891, the Interlaken Inn has been a warm gathering place for the Lakeville-Salisbury community. This season, we’re excited to bring a new comfort-food classic to our menu: authentic Northern Chinese steamed dumplings, crafted from a recipe passed down through generations.

Inspired by a Hotchkiss student from Hong Kong who wanted to share the flavors of home, our chefs were personally trained to prepare these dumplings with cultural care. A beloved staple in Chinese and Asian families, these dumplings are a perfect blend of tradition, comfort, and celebration.

Beginning now, enjoy two signature selections pork and beef with more varieties on the way.

Online Orders are available to be placed Wednesdays, Fridays, And Saturdays from 6:00 am to 12:00 PM Eastern US Time.

The dumplings will be available for pickup between 5:30 and 6:00 pm on the day the order is placed.
