Livin’ our dream… (a good dream, that is!) is what life is all about.

What is your dream? Do you have dreams that can take you to a higher place in life? Can you put yourself in a mindset where you CAN see those dreams? Lets explore that! We will not be discussing those bad experiences, rather we will be working towards taking back the night and building new dreams while consciously, and mindfully building our dream catcher.
Anxiety, a busy lifestyle, facing our fears, exhaustion, among other things can cause ‘bad’ dreams, or nightmares. This is such a hurdle to overcome. Sleep is so important. If we are not getting a good night’s sleep on a regular basis, it can be pretty difficult to process and move towards what our REAL life’s dreams are.
Better sleep can lead to better health, better coping skills for work and for dealing with the business of life in general according to many studies. Web MD on sleep.
