A number of pressure points  gently applied to the feet. The points in the feet are performed with the intention of relaxing your entire body.  A warm bootie is also applied to enhance relaxation.

A combination of pin and stretch  with vigorous percussion and other techniques used to enhance the performance of the athlete or weekend warrior. A massage anyone can receive.

A luxurious amount of warm stones placed on the body and used to create the ultimate body melt. Can be used with arnica oil to penetrate the heat quickly and float away.
