Lynn Simpson – The Body as a Mirror of your Pain and your Health Saturday March 24TH
The pain, the medications, the lack of resolution, the myriad of doctors, the pain. The pain can be low back, shoulder, headaches/migraines, TMJ, indigestion... Your body has been talking, but how can you begin to hear its message differently? By treating the cause, not the symptom of pain. Let’s decipher the language of the body and work towards resolving the very subtle and not so subtle tensions it has accumulated.
Manual Therapy treats the cause(s) and promotes health through unleashing your body’s potential to function with greater ease, energy, and health. Manual Therapy is based on a holistic view of the body and its parts. Different gentle techniques assess and treat different tissues or focus on different functional aspects of their make-up to restore the body’s capacity to move, heal itself, and reenergize the body and spirit.
