Take Back The Night – Building The Good Dream
A Retreat for Soul Survivors
Saturday April 15, 2017 at Interlaken Inn
9 am to 6:30 pm
Trauma, PTSD, among other things can cause ‘bad’ dreams, or nightmares. This is such a hurdle to overcome. Sleep is so important. If we are not getting a good night’s sleep on a regular basis, it can be pretty difficult to process and move towards what our REAL life’s dreams are.
This retreat is for Soul Survivors who would like to spend time with others who understand them most. Healing begins when you realize that you are NOT alone. Others who are like you are among the very few who will not judge you, and who will lift you up!
Chiseling time out for yourself is important too, along with;
• practicing self-care
• meeting others who are like you
• having fun
• learning to be mindful
Your one day stay includes a light breakfast, snack, and dinner at the award-winning Morgan’s restaurant. We will be meeting in a newly remodeled Townhouse, which will provide us with a private, warm space (a fireplace too!) where we will:
• practice some mindfulness activities
• have great conversation
• have fun with writing prompts, while exploring what our dreams really are
• and oh yes! – create our own dream-catchers!
