For family reunions - we provide many choices for dining, with dozens of entree choices to create the perfect menus. Or chose from theme menus that include our Backyard Barbecue, Four-Star Barbecue, New England Lobster Clambake and more.

For family reunions in the Connecticut, New York and Massachusetts area, the Interlaken is the perfect choice! 

You may want to choose to occupy the Countryside House with 8 guestrooms - Or - the Sunnyside House with 12 guestrooms and large wrap-around porch. There are many choices for accommodations, and all are within easy walking distance of each other.

Our Townhouse Suites are an ideal accommodation for families or for long stays. These rooms feature private outside entrances, downstairs bathroom with washer & dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and living room with fireplace and full size sleeper-sofa. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with two double-beds and a full bathroom.

It's important to have places to gather, talk and get caught up on the family news. You'll find our 30+ acres has the right mix of activities and the right amount of casual, comfortable places to be a family.

On-property you’ll find acres of manicured grounds, numerous interesting and unusual sculptures, and lots and lots of gardens. Our frontage on Lake Wononscopomuc (CT’s deepest natural lake) will present you with gorgeous views of the Berkshire Mountains, as well as kayaking, canoeing and swimming. Our Health & Fitness Center provides a thorough workout, with a diverse selection of equipment, massage therapy and saunas.

Complete Weekend Package (standard rooms) includes: 

  • Two Dinners (Friday and Saturday),
  • Two Full Breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday),
  • Overnight Accommodations for two nights in our standard room types (Main Building First Floor or Woodside)

  • A Bonfire with S’mores and Hot Chocolate (Select One Evening)

Charges:

- $870.00 per room, for arrival on a Friday through departure on a Sunday (May 1st – October 31st, 2012), based on two adults- inclusive.
- Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade your hotel accommodations to Sunnyside or Countryside there is a $75 upgrade fee per night plus tax. If you wish to upgrade to a Townhouse Suite it is a $150 upgrade fee per night plus tax.
- Arrive a day early or stay a day later at $179.00 per night, plus tax (room rate only) or take advantage of the Mid-Week Reunion package below which includes meals. 

 

Complete Mid-Week Package (Standard Rooms - Per Night)

  • Breakfast and Dinner,
  • Overnight Accommodations in our standard room types (Main Building First Floor or Woodside)
  • Use of all the facilities,
  • A Bonfire with S’mores and Hot Chocolate (Select One Evening)
  • All Service Charges
  • All Taxes

Charges:

- $309.00 per room, per night, based on two adults- inclusive for a mid-week stay (Sunday through Thursday nights).
- Upgrades: If you wish to upgrade your hotel accommodations to Sunnyside or Countryside there is a $75 upgrade fee per night plus tax. If you wish to upgrade to a Townhouse Suite it is a $150 upgrade fee per night plus tax.

 

Complete Weekend Family Reunion Townhouse Suite Package (two-night package):

  • Two Dinners (Friday and Saturday),
  • Two Full Breakfasts (Saturday and Sunday),
  • Overnight Accommodations for two nights in a Townhouse Suite with connecting Townhouse Room,
  • Use of all the facilities,
  • A Bonfire with S’mores and Hot Chocolate (Select One Evening),
  • All Service Charges,
  • All Taxes

Charges:

- $1050.00 per couple, based on four adults - for the weekend (includes tax and service charges). Additional adults and
children stay free, but pay meal allocations.

 

Complete Midweek Family Reunion Townhouse Suite Package (Per Night):

  • One Dinner and Breakfast,
  • Overnight Accommodations for one nights in a Townhouse Suite with connecting Townhouse Room,
  • Use of all the facilities,
  • A Bonfire with S’mores and Hot Chocolate (Select One Evening),
  • All Service Charges,
  • All Taxes

Charges:

- $500.00 per couple, based on four adults - for a weekday (per day, includes tax and service charges). Additional
adults and children stay free, but pay meal allocations.

 

Notes for all Reunion Packages:

- Children stay in the rooms complimentary (unless a roll-a-way bed is required which incurs a fee of $15 per night)
- Meals for children ages 2 and under are complimentary, ages 3-11 are ½ price and ages 12 and up are full price. All meals for children will be subject to a 19% service fee and 6.35% sales tax.
