Our Pilates Studio is equipped with a Reformer & Tower. We offer Private Sessions as well as Mat Classes. Rachel Hay, instructor, is a Certified Pilates Instructor, certified by The Pilates Institute of America and American Council On Excercise.

On Going Group Classes For All Levels
- Monday - 6:00 pm
- Wednesday - 6:00 pm
- Friday - 9:00 am
- Saturday - 8:30 am
Fees:
$ 12 per class
$ 100 for 10 classes
Private and semi-private sessions are available by appointment.

- $60 for one hour
- $50 for 45 minutes

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid being charged for the service.
Payment is due at the end of the service. Sorry! Charges to your room are no longer availaable. (Does not apply to services that are included as part of a hotel spa package)
