Our Pilates Studio is equipped with a Reformer & Tower. We offer Private Sessions as well as Mat Classes. Rachel Hay, instructor, is a Certified Pilates Instructor, certified by The Pilates Institute of America and American Council On Excercise.

- Saturday - 8:30 am
- Private and semi-private sessions are available by appointment.
- Plus, private sessions equipment include Reformer, Tower, Big & Small Barrels!
