Experiential learning is based on the belief that adults learn best when they are engaged and actively involved in solving problems. These tried and true principles of adult education have been well documented by Malcolm Knowles, the father of adult education (1913-1997.)

Using horses as “projects,” our programs teach you valuable skills for your career and your personal life. Our faculty of experienced facilitators guides you in a trust-centered environment.

Executive Director Marie-Claude Stockl is one of the world’s most sought-after corporate trainers. She coaches celebrities, CEOs and corporate executives in the United States, South America, Hong Kong, Singapore, Paris, London and Spain. Fourteen years ago, she and her husband Larry bought a premiere horse facility in New York, where they host The Horse Institute seminars.

Along with other facilitators, she is certified in Equine Assisted Learning by EAGALA and by OK Corral Series.
