Expert Planning
The Interlaken's Conference Planning staff members are dedicated professionals. These people will guide you through the decision making process that surrounds a group event, and will ask the right questions to ensure that nothing is overlooked. Event planning is what they do exclusively, and they've got a knack for delivering on your expectations. You can expect that our Planners will plan and execute the following for you:

Transportation Arrangements
From Airports, Bus Terminals, Train Stations, or any location necessary.

Meeting Itinerary
We'll be pragmatic in our approach to making your agenda work. We view your event as a tightly choreographed affair, where communication between you, our Event Planner, and our Operating Departments is constant and precise.

Room Requirements
Both guest rooms and meeting rooms are selected based on your criteria. Do the sleeping arrangements meet protocol? Are your Meeting Room setups appropriate for the size and type of meeting?

Break Times / Dining Times
We will be ready when you are. The coffee must be hot and fresh. Meals will be prepared and served as planned.

Activity, On & Off Property
We can offer you a number of unusual and uncommon corporate activities (see Activities), as well as arrange the entire event, start to finish.

Follow-through
You can fully expect that our Planner will introduce you to the Operating Department Managers, and that they review your arrangements and assist you with any last minute changes.

The Guest Rooms
Depending on the rate we negotiate with you, and the sleeping accommodations that you desire for your participants, we'll designate particular room types for your group. Regardless of what accommodations we settle on, the full cost is included. Visit our 'Accommodations' page for detailed information on guest rooms.

The Meeting Room (s)
At the time that we contract your business we should settle on which meeting space is appropriate for your group. Coffee Breaks
As creative and delicious as you will find anywhere - our CMP includes two each day, Morning and Afternoon, at the time and place of your choosing.

The Equipment
We maintain an inventory of 'business meeting' equipment, well maintained and available at your request.

The Dining Experience
Three meals daily are included. Service charges and taxes are all part of the simplified approach to Meeting Planning. Our Culinary Institute trained staff will provide a dining experience worthy of praise:

• A full Breakfast is included for each day of your CMP.
• Lunch is tailored to your program. Our Planners will present you with numerous choices for the Menu and Service Style that fits your itinerary.
• Dinner. Our Conference Planners, together with our Executive Chef, will propose and execute any number of theme Dinners, complete with customized menus and appropriate décor.

Recreational Facilities
On the property are all included: Boating, swimming, tennis, volleyball, biking, exercise facilities, saunas and Chip & Pitch golf on the Championship Putting Greens of our Golden Wings Executive Golf School. Day Rates
Should your meeting agenda require only a day or less, we offer day rates tailored to fit your specific needs. Additionally, should you require the attendance of local colleagues or guest lecturers, you'll find that a day rate will include them in all your group's activities, but does not bind you for the cost of a guest room overnight.
