The 12 Hours of Sebring is an annual motorsport endurance race for sports cars held at Sebring International Reaceway, on the site of the former Hendricks Army Airfield World War II air base in Sebring, Florida. The world's leading drivers and manufacturers have competed in the 12 Hours of Sebring race since it began in 1952.
Historic Sportscar Racing, LTD (HSR) was formed in the 1970s to celebrate the race cars from the past. HSR provides a venue for competitors and spectators to share in the history of race cars that competed at tracks around the world. One of HSR's goals is to organize and promote competitive races featuring historic sports cars.
