My recent stay at the Interlaken Inn was wonderful ------ like always!! I have been staying at the Interlaken for years when I am in the area for business. I have even enjoyed the Inn on vacations numerous times with the family . One thing that has never changed is the wonderful atmosphere and the very nice people --- and --- the food is pretty darn good as well!! Keep doing what you are doing!! 

This was our first visit to your hotel. I chose you because of the good ratings I saw in Tripadvisor.We came to celebrate my husband's birthday. I always include a massage for him in our getaway. He said it was the best massage that he ever had.were surprised with a cheese plate and card. It was a nice touch.  Dinner was delicious! It was fun when  the band played "Happy Birthday", and we got a  yummy cake with a candle. You really went out of your way to make his day special.  I can't thank you enough for the extra special treatment.  I have told several friends about your inn. 

Our overnight stay at your facility over President's day Sunday was wonderful!  We opted for the wine lovers package.  We had never been to your resort before but plan on returning for a longer stay next time.  We were celebrating our 34Th anniversary and wanted some place special.  We were not disappointed.  We knew nothing about your place and relied on your website for the final decision to come up there.  We live just over an hour away from you so it is very convenient to get to in the future.  The area where you are located is just breath taking.  We couldn't believe such scenery existed so close to home.

Our celebratory dinner at Morgan's was just perfect.  The food was exceptional.  The staff was excellent.  They never rushed us for any of the magnificent courses even though it was late on a Sunday night.  Our breakfast buffet the next morning was just what we needed to get us going for our ride home. 

My husband and I want to take this opportunity to thank you and all your staff for a most enjoyable stay.    Unfortunately, we were there for a very short visit and were unable to take advantage of the many services available to your guests.    Should we have an opportunity to visit the Lakeville area again, we would most certainly stay at Interlaken and extend our stay for more than one night.

We had a wonderful nights sleep and a lovely breakfast. We have commented a couple times about it. We drove in late on our way for our sons boarding school interviews in the am. We will definitely be back.

Our weekend at Interlaken was very nice, the staff was professional  and very helpful, the room was clean and quite comfortable, and the food was amazing ! I'm sure you will be seeing us again.

I brought my girlfriend to Interlaken for her 25th birthday, and having never been there before, honestly did not know what to expect!  I was truly and genuinely blown away.  Getting there the night before the Hurricane was about it hit brought on a little stress but the champagne and the chocolate covered strawberries, which were phenominal, definitely lightened the mood.  The room itself was fantastic; so very comfortable and the little balcony was great.  She loved the game room, not for the games but for the fantastic library you had built into the wall.  She could have stayed there for days reading away!  We took a long walk around the grounds, first to the close lake and then to the lake house.  We have already started planning our summer getaway to come back, and of course spending many hours in the study with the books.  We didnt eat at Morgan's as we are both big sushi fans and ended up going to a restaurant only a few miles away.  That was also wonderful.  It was a perfect little getaway and we cannot thank you enough for it.  We will definitely be coming back and only with the highest of compliments.  Thanks again very much and please let me know of any potential deals or packages that may come up as we would LOVE to take advantage of that.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Interlaken Inn in its beautiful surroundings, with helpful staff and excellent services. Thank you all very much again for making our visit so pleasant.

We Loved our Stay at  the Interlaken Inn. Everyone was very Friendly, Our Room was so Comfortable and our stay was Fabulous. 

Your Inn is fantastic!  We had an amazing dinner and breakfast!  The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with any of our needs.  We are planning to visit the Interlaken in the future!  Great Job!

We had a lovely time while staying at Interlaken. We enjoyed some relaxation while walking around your lovingly maintained property and canoeing on the peaceful lake.

Our dinner at Morgan's was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our champagne in our room.  Our room as clean and the furnishings were just right. We spent time on our private balcony and were able to enjoy the fresh air while sipping our champagne.

Thank you for a lovely time. We look forward to more visits to Interlaken Inn in the not too distant future!

Our stay at Interlaken this past weekend was perfect. It was an important occasion: The stay was a mini-vacation gift to our 10 year old son, Gram, who is a motorsport fanatic. It was his first official experience witnessing live racing (with the Saturday SCCA finals at Limerock Racepark) so we were looking for a place to rest and enjoy his enthusiasm.

You delivered in full…the room, the grounds, the dining…all perfect. He especially loved the second floor balcony to the room. 

A unit with two full sized beds can tend to be tight for two adults and a young boy but your lodging is wonderful. We’re curious about the other lodging options and fully intend to explore the potential there at our next visit to Interlaken and Limerock.

I had a wonderful time at Interlakken. I absolutely loved my room! It was quiet, spacious and felt like home. Even the bathroom didn't feel like a hotel bathroom, it felt as if I were in a bathroom in someone's house, which is very good!

The lake was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of my weekend.  Thank everyone for their hospitality.

Our, and that includes the rest of our family in two other rooms, stay with you was as expected, very pleasant.

We had a wonderful time....just sad we were only staying one night!!! But in our " too short" stay we did get to enjoy the pool, take a relaxing walk and sit by the lake and had a great dinner at Morgan's!  We will for sure be back!

My stay was very nice as usual. I always enjoy my stay with you. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous and always helpful. They get me through the check-in and check-out process very quickly.  The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good as always. The bartender and wait staff does a great job. They are friendly and are always attentive.  Thanks for always providing a nice experience.

We had a wonderful time!  We had such beautiful weather and the lake was incredible.  We loved our room and the facilities and dinner was incredible!  We can’t say enough about it.  Hopefully we’ll be able to stay with you again in the future and be able to spend more than one night.   As a travel agent, I can be fussy about hotels, but we just loved it!

Found the hotel and the grounds lovely, and had a wonderful time.  The staff was very friendly and accommodating (including "Morgan's" restaurant and "Ellora" spa).  Everything was very tastefully well kept.  Hope to be back, maybe next summer.  Thank you for a great vacation.

We love your resort.  My husband and I had a wonderful time.  Your location is great for a getaway to the Berkshires – accessible to many fine restaurants and places to visit.  Your staff was pleasant and helpful.  We greatly enjoyed Morgan’s – the menu was great and the food was delicious.  The grounds were beautiful and we loved the gardens and the sculptures.  My husband enjoyed the Adirondack chairs beneath the trees.   You have obviously paid much attention to the little details that make the resort extra special.  We felt very at home at the resort.   We hope to visit you again in the future.

I'm very pleased to let you know how thoroughly i enjoyed my stay at the Interlaken Inn on 8th & 9th June 2012. Our stay was in the framework of a gathering of family and friends in honor of a very special birthday for my sister.

I had the pleasure of a stay at the Interlaken Inn last August (2011). Both my visit then, as this month's, were made most enjoyable by the comfort and consideration you and your staff offer your clientele, and the outstanding facilities each guest is enabled to enjoy.

You may be certain that every time i visit the beautiful Berkshire corner of Connecticut, if my stay cannot be at the home of my sister in nearby Taconic, it's the Interlaken Inn that will be my address. Additionally, the Interlaken Inn can count upon my highest recommendation to friends and family for their stays in Connecticut.

It was WONDERFUL!

This was my second year taking an art workshop at your lovely inn.  I think we were treated royally and that every effort was made to meet our needs.  The rooms (though I was barely in mine!) are clean and well maintained, and I loved having that little porch.  Our workspace, which was open for us 24/7 was great.  We all loved having snacks and beverages brought to us, and having lunch delivered each day was also a big plus.  Not having to clean up and go out for food meant more time to devote to our projects.  The dining room food was delicious.  My roommate and I had two dinners there and one via room service, and were happy with them all.  If another class is offered next spring I'll be there!

Hello everyone I must say this was a Outstanding place to stay from staff, to atmosphere, to others I met on the grounds and around town. Had a blast and will return for the years to follow. Got to bring my puppy as well and he too was overwelmed with the greatness and kindness.. I thank you a hundred times over and looking forward to seeing and staying again and again.  Until then keep your heads up and stay safe.

We enjoyed our stay at the Interlaken. The room was great — bed was very comfortable, pillows were top-notch, very cozy all-around. The grounds of the Interlaken wee beautiful and a perfect setting for the wedding we were attending.

I can't say enough about your staff at Interlaken.  I do travel quite a bit and I can say that my stay with you folks was one of the most pleasurable one that I have had.  I only wish I could have stayed longer.

I had a delightful time at the Interlaken Inn. Admittedly, I came for the fabulous art workshop, but I fell in love with the inn. The rooms are comfortable, each and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful, and thanks to your great chef, my tummy was very, very happy. I look forward to a return visit.

We really liked the room; the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very pretty. 

I stay there quite a bit to attend CVR Porsche Club events at Lime Rock Park. It is always a pleasant stay. The front desk staff is exceptional and always very accommodating. Sometimes I come alone and sometimes with my wife. Whenever possible, they upgrade my room which certainly makes my wife happy and content.

The restaurant is very good, both the food and service staff. It is warm and inviting. We usually meet others there and sit at the bar for a drink before having dinner. The staff is friendly and talkative, which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere.

 STAYED IN ONE OF THE RECENTLY REFURBISHED ROOMS, IT WAS GREAT.

Thank you to the wonderful Staff of the Interlaken for making our Easter and visit with our son (The Hotchkiss School) extra special.  Looking forward to our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Interlaken Inn.  Although it was too brief, we had an excellent dinner and a lovely breakfast and a perfect room and so appreciated being upgraded to the second floor.   The decor is great and the location is so convenient to Hotchkiss!    We look forward to seeing you in the future, whether or not Nina decides to enroll at Hotchkiss in the fall.   We only live a few hours away, but would welcome the chance to stay with you again when we visit our daughter.   It is very likely that she will, unless she decides to stay at home.   What a wonderful part of the country you are in  -- pure heaven!  I've stayed at hotels near Williams College (countless time) and Exeter and Andover as well as at the very deluxe/fancy Washington Duke Inn (countless times).   Also hotels near UVA and Northwestern University and more than I have time to remember or describe right now.........we have five children and our Hotchkiss candidate is the youngest!   Your hotel  is right up at the top in terms of quality and service and value and your restaurant was better than most!  Congratulations.  Thank you so much for a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

We had a very nice stay and everything was great.   Room was fine, staff very friendly and helpful and supportive - even opened bar a little bit early one afternoon so we could get a glass of wine after an upsetting visit to relative in Noble Horizons.   Always find it soothing to stay at the Interlaken on these trips, which are to visit aunt in Noble Horizons.

The stay was yummy. It is so easy to decompress at Interlaken.

Our honeymoon was amazing! We owe it all to you and the wonderful staff at Interlaken. My husband and I could not get over that fabulous suite. ..All thanks to you.  The food, the room, the staff all were absolutely perfect. We did not want to leave. We have decided to come back every year for our anniversary! I cannot thank you enough for all your help.

Thank you so much for a great stay during our ISEEN conference. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning breakfast "specials," the homemade doughnuts and the ham nests! Your staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on shopping. I hope to return to the area in the future.

We had a lovely time. Had a good massage, a lovely dinner at Morgan's (excellent salad), like the pianist's music choices and had a warm peaceful night. Good breakfast, too! We hadn't been back since 2003 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful time.  The Inn was lovely, we especially enjoyed  the screened in porch.  Also, you have a first rate pool and the Lake was a comfortable stroll from the Inn.  We also ate at Morgan's several evenings and found that to be excellent.  All in all we would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay very much.  The accommodation in the Victorian house was pleasant, quiet and comfortable.  Dinner was also very enjoyable, your wait staff was not only ‘menu-knowledgeable” and efficient but obviously well-trained on (sincerely) affirming patron choices – which was a very nice touch.  We did the Millbrook Winery tour and have to say it was the most informative and pleasant tour we’ve experienced (better than Sonoma, Napa, RI, CT and WA winery tours).  Serendipity since traffic was very light that day so we had a 1:1 behind the scenes tour.  All in all a winning ‘33^rd’ anniversary quick getaway. Also, the scenery in that part of CT is absolutely stunning.
