Gilman Performance Systems, Inc. (GPS) has been serving clients for 15 years in the areas of AdventureTraining/Team Building; Team Effectiveness; and Leadership and Sales Development.

Our seasoned facilitators/trainers have 20+ years of Corporate experience and are former Managers of Training for major corporations including GE Capital, MasterCard, ABB, Olin, Novartis, Digital, Witco and People’s Bank.

At the Interlaken Inn, GPS has conducted over 150 days of training/meeting facilitation since their partnership began in 1990. GPS has provided services at Interlaken for Presidents as well as all levels of staff for everything from major Team Building events to Sales Management Meetings and Leadership Training.

To meet the needs of clients requesting Team Building, GPS provides an array of 40+ Portable Simulations, which is enhanced by Interlaken’s Ropes Course on its beautiful and extensive property. GPS clients who have taken advantage of Interlaken’s offerings include ABB, GE Capital, Kraft Foods, SNET, Cytex, ABN Amro Bank, Becton Dickinson, Pratt & Whitney, NW Ayre, Met Life, and Black & Decker.

GPS also facilitates meetings and designs specific agendas for Staff, Sales, or team meetings to ensure the most efficient and effective design and results. GPS has conducted sessions for over 300 teams.
