For the past Century the Interlaken Chefs have pursued a passion for creating the finest dining experience. Drawing upon years of experience and schooling in Culinary Arts, our talented Chefs have created an exquisite New American menu of fresh seasonal dishes.

Our menu provides a perfect selection of dishes prepared with organic, hormone-free and antibiotic-free ingredients.

We have demanded the finest produce and meats, fish and poultry. These combinations of fresh ingredients yield fabulous and unique menu items. In addition, our wedding and banquet menus reflect the same pursuit of delicious, freshly prepared meals, each prepared with the utmost care and the highest regard for the customer.

Morgan's Restaurant dinner menu changes frequently to reflect which ingredients are fresh and in-season. The result: tantalizing recipes made from farm fresh produce and highest quality meats, poultry and fish.

• Breakfast 7:00 - 10:00 am daily
• Lunch 11:30 am - 2:00 pm Friday through Sunday
• Dinner 5:30 - 9:00 pm daily, till 10:00 pm Friday & Saturday Nights

And don't forget about our casual Sunday Brunch, served ala carte from 11:30 - 2:00 pm. We offer a diverse menu of breakfast and brunch entrees.
