We are excited to bring our Foodie friends our first winter Cooking School at Interlaken! Our executive chef, John Welch, will give instructions and demonstrations on clean and simple meal preparations that will easily translate easily into your home dinner preparations for your family.
Early Check-in at 12 Noon
Light Lunch offered from 12 – 1:00 pm

Hands-on cooking demonstration and instructions featuring clean and simple meal preparation, all of which can be easily produced in a timely manner in your own kitchen at home.
6:00 PM Three Course Farm-to-Table Dinner*
8:00 PM Bonfire w/S’mores
Cost per person: $260.00 plus tax ($288.50 total)*
includes overnight standard guest room accommodations
*Gratuity for your server is not included and we ask that you tip accordingly.
