Seeking to rent a vacation condo in Connecticut's Litchfield Hills?  Our Townhouses serve as the perfect vacation rental housing for families! These condominium units are complete with:

Full kitchen,
Laundry facilities,
Living room with fireplace,
Dining area,
Lofted bedroom with two double beds, and second bedroom with two more full beds,
A pull out queen size sleeper sofa downstairs,
2-1/2 baths

These accommodations help you to enjoy the romance of a cozy fireplace and plenty of space in the winter, and a truly 'homestyle' setting in the summer. Each Townhouse includes a deck that faces the courtyard area and our swimming pool.

Rental Rates:

• $3,500 per week, plus tax (7 Days)
• $2,400 per week, plus tax (Sunday to Friday)
• $599 per night plus tax

These units are fully equipped with linens, table settings and cookware.  Daily housekeeping is also provided.

The adjoining rooms connect to our Townhouses as described above. These rooms are complete with 2 double beds, full bath, private outside entry, and is equipped with a refrigerator.
